If you have trouble on the road (accident, puncture, battery, theft, etc.), we come and repair your bike on the spot free of charge, and if necessary, take you and your bike home.
We also pay for your taxi home (up to €500).
Your bike is covered day and night both indoors and outdoors as long as it is secured to a fixed point with an approved lock (see list of exclusions).
To keep premiums down, we apply a deductible of 10% of the bike’s value (min 50€ and max 200€). This means that if a bike is worth €3000 the amount of the deductible is only €200. We don't apply any depreciation during 3 years this means we will always take your purchase price as a reference. Contrary to most of our competitors, your bike therefore loses no value, even after 3 years. We only deduct the deductible.
We know you and your bike go together everywhere, this is why we will reimburse you, on the basis of the receipts, the cost of hiring a replacement bike, up to a maximum of 15 EUR including all taxes per day and for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.

The bike must be locked with an approved lock either ABUS BORDO (security 10 or higher), ART (category 2 or higher), FUB (2 wheels or higher), or Sold Secure Silver (or Gold) and must have been attached to a fixed point during it's theft.
Wheels, tires or the electric battery are not covered if they were stolen separately from the bike.
Aesthetic damage (scratches, dents, ...) is not covered.
Damage resulting from participation in a bike race is not covered.

In order to be eligible for compensation in the event of an incident, you must comply with a few rules listed below. If you would like more details or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to answer you.
For a second-hand bike, you must :
Send us 5 photos (front, rear, left side, right side, serial number) of the insured bike within 14 days of taking out your insurance policy ;
Provide us with the serial number;
If you fail to do so, we will cancel your insurance contract and refund the insurance premium paid;
For a new bike purchased more than 30 days ago, you must:
Send us 5 photos (front, rear, left side, right side, serial number) of the insured bike within 14 days of the start date of your insurance policy ;
Provide us with the serial number within 14 days of the start date of your insurance contract;
If You do not do so, we will cancel your insurance contract and refund the insurance premium paid;
For a new bike purchased less than 30 days ago, you must:
Provide us with the serial number within 14 days of the start date of your insurance contract;
If you fail to do so, we will cancel your insurance contract and refund the insurance premium paid;

In case of problems on the road (accident, puncture, battery, theft, ...), call directly 02 541 92 01. We will come to repair your bike on the spot free of charge and if necessary, we will drop you off at your home with your bike or at the repairer of your choice.
Your bike has been stolen?
You must report the incident to the police within 24 hours and report the claim online (this takes less than 5 min).
Is your bike damaged?
You must report the claim online within 8 days of discovering the damage.
Whether your bike is stolen or damaged, our experts will process your claim as soon as possible in order to calculate the compensation you are entitled to receive. You can relax, it will be quick.

You can take out your annual insurance policy today with a start date up to 6 months later and therefore plan to start your "Qover" policy the day after the expiry date of your current policy.
In any case, don't forget to notify your insurer of your wish to cancel your contract at least 3 months before the anniversary date of your contract.
You can cancel the insurance contract on the main expiry date. To do so, you must notify us in writing at least 3 months before the main due date.
You can terminate the insurance contract if we change the tariff or the general terms and conditions.
After a claim, you have one month from the date of payment or refusal of compensation to terminate the contract.
You may cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the policy schedule and the general terms and conditions without giving any reason.
